Shipping Policy

We ship each order with care—and a little bit of charm.
Because many of our items are made-to-order, we ask for a touch of patience while your pieces are being created just for you.
Fulfillment Times
Most of our products are printed or handcrafted on demand.
This means it can take a little longer than off-the-shelf items to ship.
Estimated Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days before your item ships (depending on the product)
Shipping Times & Carriers
Once fulfilled, your order ships via USPS, UPS, or a local carrier depending on your location and selected rate.
Estimated Delivery After Fulfillment:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- Canada & International: 7–21 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Made-to-Order Model
Because many of our pieces are printed or embroidered just for you:
- Some items may ship separately if they’re fulfilled in different facilities
- We cannot guarantee overnight or express delivery at this time
- We do not keep bulk inventory on hand (and that’s part of the charm)
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promos—sign up for our emails to stay in the loop.
Delays & Delivery Issues
We do our best to ship on time, but delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues (weather, holidays, customs)
- Supply chain hiccups
- High-volume seasons (like launch week or holidays)
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping (U.S.) or 30 days (international), please contact us at orders@chalkandcharms.com and we’ll investigate.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:
- We’ll contact you to confirm your info
- You may be responsible for additional shipping charges
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes—we currently ship to select international destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.
