Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Chalk & Charms™ experience from your first click to your final rack. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Return Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
What’s Eligible
- We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition
- Unused accessories in original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery
What’s Not Eligible
We cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Personalized items
- Items worn, washed, or altered after purchase
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Returns initiated after the 14-day window
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or style? If inventory allows, we’ll gladly help you make an exchange. Please note:
- Exchanges must follow the same 14-day policy
- We recommend emailing us to check availability before returning your item
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Email orders@chalkandcharms.com with your order number
- Include the reason for your return and any relevant photos (if defective or damaged)
- We’ll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged or defective
- We do not charge restocking fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item
- Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error
Gifts & Store Credit
If your item was received as a gift, or you’d prefer store credit, just let us know. We’ll happily issue a digital gift card instead of a refund.
